Karl and Fidel came to know each other through a project for Lomography, have successfully implemented the project together and by this have laid the foundations and first step for the establishment of Walking Chair. For Lomography Walking Chair has also created the design for the Supersampler Camera in 2002 and the Colorsplash Camera in 2003 as well as the concept for the first Lomography Flagshipstore in Vienna, the home city of the enterprise, which has been founded in 1992 by Matthias Fiegl, Christoph Hofinger und Wolfgang Stranziger.
